Who we are

Bemer Mat Review (bemermatreview.com) is an independent review and price-tracking website. We are not affiliated with BEMER Group or eBay. We do not sell anything on this site and do not offer user accounts. Contact for anything in this policy: manningwebcompany@gmail.com.

Information we collect about visitors

• Analytics. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. Google receives standard technical data (IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed) and interaction events on our marketplace pages (for example that a filter was used, or that an outbound eBay link was clicked, together with the product model and a broad price band, never a specific listing's identifier). See Google's privacy policy and their opt-out tool. You can also block these cookies in your browser settings.
• Saved listings. The heart/save feature on the used marketplace stores listing IDs in your own browser's localStorage. This never leaves your device and we cannot see it. Clearing your browser storage removes it.
• Nothing else. We do not collect names, emails, or accounts, and we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act. If we ever add features that collect contact details (such as email price alerts), we will update this policy first and collection will be opt-in.

eBay listing data we display

Our used marketplace shows publicly available eBay listing information (titles, prices, condition, item location, and sellers' public feedback ratings) retrieved through eBay's official API and displayed under eBay's API License Agreement. This is data about listings, not about our visitors. How we handle it:

• Listing data refreshes several times a day; when a listing ends on eBay it drops out of our cache and our pages at the next refresh, and our systems stop serving listing data that is more than six hours old.
• A processing cache of standardized listing attributes is kept for up to 7 days after a listing was last seen on eBay.
• Long-term we keep only aggregate market statistics per model (average/median asking price, counts) with no listing identifiers and no seller information, retained long-term to power the price-history charts.
• If you are an eBay seller and want your listing removed from our display sooner than the automatic refresh, email us and we will exclude it.

Service providers

• Cloudflare hosts this site and the data described above.
• Google (Tag Manager / Analytics) provides analytics as described above.
• Anthropic processes listing titles and descriptions to standardize them into consistent model names and condition grades. We filter contact-detail patterns (links, emails, phone numbers) from listing text before it is sent, the processing is inference-only, and under the API terms we use it is not used to train AI models.

Affiliate links

Outbound "View on eBay" links are eBay Partner Network affiliate links. If you click one, eBay and its partner network set cookies on ebay.com to attribute any purchase to this site; we receive only aggregate commission reporting, never your identity. Purchases happen entirely on eBay under eBay's privacy notice and user agreement.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Because we hold essentially none, most requests are satisfied by clearing your browser's cookies and storage, but email us at manningwebcompany@gmail.com and we will help with any request, including Google Analytics data deletion.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
