About this site
Bemer Mat Review (bemermatreview.com) publishes reviews, price information, and a used-market tracker for BEMER PEMF devices. Nothing is sold on this site. By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Not medical advice
All content is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified health professional about any condition or treatment.
eBay listing data
The used-marketplace pages display publicly available eBay listing content retrieved through eBay's official API and displayed under eBay's API License Agreement. By using those pages you agree that:
- your permission to view the eBay listing content here is personal, limited to on-screen display through this site, non-transferable, and revocable at any time;
- your use of that content is subject to the eBay API License Agreement and the eBay User Agreement, and eBay Inc. is a third-party beneficiary of these terms, entitled to enforce them;
- you will not scrape, bulk-download, redistribute, or build datasets from the listing content or the market statistics on this site;
- purchases are made on eBay, from the listing's seller, under eBay's terms; we are not a party to any transaction.
Accuracy
Listing details, availability, and prices are set by their eBay sellers and change constantly. We refresh data several times a day and label its age, but always confirm details on eBay before buying. Market figures are asking prices, not sold prices, and are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
Affiliate relationship
Outbound eBay links are eBay Partner Network affiliate links; we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Intellectual property
Our original content (reviews, guides, site design) belongs to Bemer Mat Review. eBay content belongs to eBay and its sellers; BEMER trademarks belong to BEMER Group. Their use here is referential; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bemer Mat Review is not liable for any damages arising from use of this site or from transactions conducted on eBay or elsewhere.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms at any time by posting the new version here. Questions: contact@bemermatreview.com.
